With TORRI. Beyond Ordinary Solar, small and medium-sized enterprises can build a turnkey photovoltaic system with incentives of up to 40% (30% for medium-sized enterprises), thanks to the new call for tenders for the self-production of renewable energy. Our panels, manufactured in Italy and classified in Category A of the ENEA Register, are among the technologies rewarded by the decree, which promotes high-efficiency European components, increasing the chances of accessing the subsidy and the amount of funding.
The call for applications is open from April 4 to June 17.

The Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy has launched a support measure to encourage small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to self-produce electricity from renewable sources, in particular through the installation of photovoltaic and mini wind turbine systems. This initiative is part of Mission 7 “REPowerEU” of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), with the aim of reducing dependence on fossil fuels and promoting the energy transition.
SMEs operating throughout Italy are eligible for the subsidies, with the exception of those active in the primary production of agricultural products, fishing, and aquaculture, as well as in the coal sector. Companies must comply with the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle, ensuring that the activities financed do not cause significant damage to the environment.
The subsidies are granted in the form of capital grants, with the following intensities:
The initiative finances investment programs aimed at self-production of electricity for immediate self-consumption through the installation of solar photovoltaic or mini wind turbine systems. Energy storage systems for deferred self-consumption may also be included. Eligible expenses must be between a minimum of €30,000 and a maximum of €1 million.
A directorate decree dated March 14, 2025, defined the procedures and terms for submitting applications for subsidies. Applications may be submitted from 12:00 noon on April 4, 2025, until 12:00 noon on May 5, 2025, exclusively through the IT platform provided by Invitalia, the entity managing the measure. It is important to note that the available resources amount to €320 million, with a 40% reserve allocated to projects to be carried out in the southern regions (Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia, and Sicily) and a further 40% reserved for micro and small enterprises.
