The call for proposals allocates €789 million on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted. Eligible applicants include agricultural entrepreneurs, agro-industrial companies, and agricultural cooperatives, with grants covering up to 80% of the investment and a maximum of €1,000 per kWp. Additionally, storage systems are eligible for funding up to €700 per kWh (maximum €50,000) and charging stations up to €10,000.
The application period runs from March 10, 2026, to April 9, 2026.
To qualify for the grant, you must use photovoltaic modules listed in the ENEA registry. TORRI panels are designed and manufactured in Italy, ENEA-registered, and built using PRISMA 4.0 technology, ensuring durability, circuit protection, and long-term reliability.

The implementation plan
The Agrisolare 2026 call for proposals supports the installation of photovoltaic systems in the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors, offering non-repayable grants on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted. The application window is open from March 10, 2026, to April 9, 2026.
To qualify for the grants, applicants must meet the requirements set forth in the call for proposals and use compliant photovoltaic modules, including registration in the ENEA registry.
