Key Energy 2026, one of Europe’s most important events for the renewable energy sector, has just come to a close. For TORRI, this edition was particularly significant: three days of meetings, technical discussions with installers and industry professionals, and, above all, the public unveiling of its new patented technology.

The TORRI booth was visited by hundreds of professionals in the photovoltaic industry, confirming the growing interest in a business model that prioritizes manufacturing, product safety, and the longevity of systems.

During the event, over 500 installers stopped by the booth to learn more about the modules’ features, while 120 TORRI partners visited us to discuss projects, market opportunities, and future developments. In addition, we received over 30 new applications to join the partner program—a clear sign that the network continues to grow.

The first public demonstration of the patented X-CORE² technology

The highlight of the trade show was the first official public presentation of the patented X-CORE² technology, developed by TORRI to improve the protection of the silicon circuit and enhance the structural strength of the photovoltaic module.

The public response was immediate: installers and industry professionals showed great interest in a design approach aimed at enhancing the panel’s long-term safety and reliability.

X-CORE² represents the culmination of a technological journey that begins in the factory and is based on a manufacturing model designed to protect the heart of the photovoltaic module: the silicon circuit. This approach stems from TORRI’s industrial expertise and ongoing research and development efforts.

The role of the factory: where the quality of the module begins

At Key Energy, many installers wanted to explore this very aspect: the pivotal role of the manufacturing plant in determining the actual quality of a photovoltaic module.

TORRI designs and manufactures its panels in Italy using a production model that focuses on:

  • controlled industrial processes
  • selection of materials
  • proprietary construction technologies
  • high standards of durability and protection for the silicon circuit

This approach makes it possible to develop modules designed not only to deliver high initial performance, but above all to maintain reliability and safety over time, a factor that is becoming increasingly important to installers and end customers.

Made in Italy: Technology and Long-Lasting Reliability

In the global photovoltaic market, which is often dominated by cost considerations and large-scale production, TORRI maintains a clear position: to emphasize the industrial quality of its products and the robustness of its manufacturing process.

“Made in Italy” is not merely a geographical designation, but a model that integrates design, manufacturing, process control, and technological development. It is precisely this integration that enables the development of solutions focused on system safety and module longevity.

Participation in Key Energy 2026 confirmed that the market is paying increasing attention to these aspects: not only efficiency, but also durability, reliability, and build quality.

A community that continues to grow

In addition to showcasing technological innovations, the trade show also served as an important opportunity to connect with the network of installers and partners who work with TORRI modules on a daily basis across the region.

The growth of the partner network and the number of new professionals interested in the project demonstrate that an increasing number of industry players are seeking products built with a solid, long-term industrial approach.

For TORRI, this marks the end of a Key Energy event packed with meetings, technical discussions, and new opportunities. It serves as a starting point for continuing to develop proprietary technologies, highly reliable photovoltaic modules, and a production model that prioritizes the factory, safety, and the longevity of the systems.
