The final guidelines for the Agrisolare 2026 call for proposals have been published. This incentive program is designed to promote the adoption of solar power in the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors. The application window is scheduled to run from March 10, 2026, to April 9, 2026, on a first-come, first-served basis until the available funding of 789 million euros is exhausted.

The call for proposals is aimed at agricultural entrepreneurs, agro-industrial companies, and agricultural cooperatives, and provides a non-repayable grant of up to 80% of the investment, with a maximum of €1,000/kWp for the photovoltaic system. Storage systems are also eligible for up to €700/kWh (maximum total of €50,000), as well as charging infrastructure for electric vehicles up to €10,000.

ENEA Registry and Technical Requirements for Photovoltaic Modules

One of the key aspects of the Agrisolare call for proposals is the requirement to use photovoltaic modules, such as TORRI modules, that are listed in the ENEA registry. This requirement introduces a fundamental factor in product selection: not only regulatory compliance, but also supply chain traceability and assurance of production processes.

In an industry such as agriculture, where systems must ensure operational continuity, weather resistance, and long-term reliability, the build quality of the photovoltaic module plays a strategic role.

TORRI panels are designed and manufactured in Italy, registered with the ENEA portal, and produced using PRISMA 4.0 technology—an advanced construction method that enhances the module’s durability and protects the silicon circuit, ensuring greater safety and longevity for the system.

In the agricultural sector, the operational continuity of the system is essential. Structures exposed to environmental stresses, mechanical loads, and variable weather conditions require modules designed to meet rigorous industrial standards.

Agrisolar as a catalyst for sustainable investments

In the context of the Agrisolare 2026 call for proposals, the choice of photovoltaic module takes on strategic importance that goes beyond the simple formal requirement of registration with the ENEA registry. For farms, where systems are exposed to structural loads, temperature fluctuations, and constant environmental stresses, it is crucial to rely on a product designed according to advanced industrial standards. TORRI, an Italian manufacturer with its own factory and controlled supply chain, develops ENEA-registered modules built using PRISMA 4.0 technology, a construction model designed to increase the panel’s structural strength and protect the silicon circuit. The central role of the factory, control over production processes, and the use of carefully selected materials allow us to offer photovoltaic solutions designed to ensure operational continuity and long-term durability. In this context, the Agrisolare call for proposals represents not only an economic incentive but also an opportunity to invest in systems built to superior construction standards and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
